As a mother of schooling child, of course we always want to make sure that they eat their pack lunch so we moms always prepare their lunch as creative as possible! And not just creative, we always make sure that these foods always contain the proper nutrients that they need.

And so I browse some of creative and nutritious food that our children will love and enjoy eating.
Not just that these foods are very easy to prepare.

1. Let us start with rice, corn, carrots and green peas.

Rice - Is a great source of energy: Bread - Wholegrain bread also provides B vitamins (to help the body convert food into energy efficiently), iron (for transporting oxygen around the body), zinc (for the growth of cells, healing and fighting infection), antioxidant nutrients such as vitamin E and selenium (which protect cells from damage by toxic substances

But remember moms. No matter how simple or cool your kid's pack lunch is. Never forget our first priority as a mother. Always choose the best and healthy food for them.
