Re: Healthy Finger Foods for Kids

I keep a small area in our pantry full of snacky things for the kids: nuts, pretzels (not the healthiest, but they enjoy them) cereal bars, and fruit sticks.

I also keep a small area on the bottom shelf of the fridge for kids' snacks. They are welcome to open the fridge and help themselves. I keep strawberries, blueberries, grapes and cheese sticks these. I love that they can be independent and just grab what they want when they want it.

Fruits and veggies for my little one. Sliced apples/pears, chopped bananas, grapes in halves, carrot sticks, seeded watermelon etc. She loves them all!

Re: Healthy Finger Foods for Kids

I want to suggest a quick food for kids and that is "potato cheese balls"
take 5 boiled potatoes. mash them well, add black pepper and salt as required. now take a small portion( a tbsp) in your hand put a cube of cheese on that and then cover that cheese with the batter in your hand. fry it and these nutritious and heavy cheese balls are a quick lunch for your kid.

Thank you very much for these photos. I am a foodie and but don’t know how to cook. I am now thinking to try my hands on cooking too. Got to know about best Nom Photo App for foodies and liked its interface. It has a lot of active users that constantly share a lot of food recipes and ideas.
