Topic: Loosing Christmas and New Year Fat
This year, one of my New Year's resolution is to loose weight.
Have you gained too additional weight this past holiday season? Now is the best time to give your self a break from eating too much. And loose those Christmas and New Years fat that you've gained from excessive eating. (Lolz )
Today I started my year with an oat meal for breakfast and a 5 minutes work out with this 5 minutes shaper that my cousin lent me.
This is actually effective if you only use it continuously with proper diet. So hopefully I could loose enough weight and also loose those flabby arms and belly that I gained last year. Good luck to me!
