Topic: Baby Milestone: Walking

http://www.kcparent.com/library/learntowalk.jpg
My first child started walking a week after her first birthday. I was a little bit worried that time because she was my first child and I don't know yet if that is normal. But at least she walked. Late or not she learned how to walk.

Most of the babies take their first step between the ages of 9 and 12 months and are walking well between 14 to 15 months.

But I also found out that some perfectly normal children don't walk until they are 16 or 17 months old. I am not in a hurry but thankfully my girl learned walking by 12 months.

it's just that learning this fact is a big relief for other moms out there whose babies are currently at this milestone. smile
