Topic: Great time management tip for busy mornings. Anyone else got any?

Are your mornings always a rush like mine? Feel like there’s never enough time!
Here’s a quick tip I learned from a friend to save yourself a few minutes in the morning.
After bath time in the night before, dress your kid in the T-shirt they’re going to wear the next day.
Then the next morning you only have to worry about putting on shorts and shoes. It’s a tiny time saving but it makes a difference. My son doesn’t even really have pyjamas at the moment, he just wears T-shirts and boxer underwear to bed.

Anyone else got some great tips to share??

How about this one... I don't cook my peas. Seriously. I just add frozen peas to the kid's pasta or mince when their food is still really hot - they just kind of cook themselves. Probably only saves 5 minutes when I'm cooking dinner, but still... it's the little things!

Prepare everything the night before and plan ahead everything you need to do for the following day smile

This is a very good tip indeed. Now I'll make my child wear the inner garments a night before so that I don't have to rush for him early in the morning other than my own tasks. I use to do this when I have to go on some night functions like make him wear high necks and sweaters early in the morning.

I do wake up very early 4:30AM everyday, so I still manage to do breakfast and prepare their needs from Monday to Friday then we leave our house by 6AM for school and work.

This is also a helpful tip  which I use to adapt when I have to go somewhere out or for a picnic. This can't let you forget anything in the nic of time

I also suggest that you stick some post-it notes onto your fridge door to prevent forgetting things. This can also help you become more organized and lessen the instances of forgetting stuff that are essential to do. smile
