Topic: How to prevent pregnancy stretchmarks

Pregnancy stretchmarks are a natural result of the skin around the abdomen stretching out to accommodate a growing belly.
It is possible to prevent and reduce the appearance of stretch marks if you act early in the pregnancy.

"Stay hydrated" water helps detoxify your body  and keeps your skin cells plump, which makes your skin healthier and more likely to bounce back from the stress caused by stretching. it is so effective in my tummy......

To be honest, stretch marks are inevitable changes that's occuring during pregnancy because your skin tends to be stretched out to its maximum capacity thus, triggering the appearance of these marks. However, you can minimize them by eating a well balance meal (+ adequate amounts of protein for collagen production) and increase your oral fluid intake to keep your cells hydrated.

Too late I already have my stretchmarks sad But nevertheless I am glad it is wearing off smile I've discovered that natural sunflower oil diminishes the marks and rose hip oil works best! It may be a bit expensive but it is worth the price since you have a very effective and safe product. Try it and see for yourself wink
