Topic: Who is better? Working or a non working mother

This question some times makes me confused when it comes to the best of interests for my baby.. Before having a baby I was a working woman. But afterwards I got a little gap. Now  when my boy is a year old I  am thinking that shall I started working again or wait for some more time or should not work at all? I need your precious opinions moms..

There's no need to compare both working and non-working mothers, I believe. As long as you shower your children with affection, love, and attention, I think it's alright. Working mothers must know how to prioritize things, nevertheless, they aren't bad moms either. I guess it's just a matter of setting your goals/priorities while also building a family of your own.

Re: Who is better? Working or a non working mother

I cannot compare both because as a mother you have your own preference.

I'm a full -time working mom because I want and need to.
I choose it because I want to help my husband financially on our daily expenses and I need to because it is a self-fulfilling on my part to achieve something in my life.

My husband is very supportive on this and thank him for that.

After work, I choose to be full-time mom to attend to the needs of my family.

Balancing work and family is a juggle, but if you know how to plan and compromise to the needs and wants of your family, there will be no issue.

It's a sacrifice..whether you're a working mom or a full time mom..you give effort for your family and showed love and care..

You are indeed a good mother and wife!!

Why choose when you can be both? You just have to learn schedule management so that you can handle your time wisely. It is not after being the best but just do your best smile
