Topic: How to make your toddler sleep early (for work from home Moms)

http://dallas.citymomsblog.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/11/2013/12/sleeping-kid.jpg
As a working at home mom. My main problem is how can I have my children go to bed early. I am working EST and that means my working hours is sleeping hours in my time zone.

So that means my children should be sleeping already during those hours. But what is happening right now is that as long as I am awake, they are also kept awake. To be able to put them to bed early. I would need to sleep beside them but I am hoping that there will be some other options.

Any suggestions on how can I make them sleep early?

Khaycelyn try to settle their routine in such a way that they only have to sleep when mommy's going to work. like let them play right before sleeping time.. and don't let them sleep the whole day..feed them properly so after getting ful and tired they may go to sleep timely..

Yo can train your child for sleep indicators. For example, read her bedtime stories at night and taught her that after the story she must sleep already. Or you can play a lullaby before going to bed so that whenever your child hears that she knows that she needs to sleep.

Toddlers can be trained easily if you impose strict regular schedule on their sleeping habits.

This training can be an exercise of a habit on their regular sleep cycle.

Thus, this practice can be brought until they grew up.

My children are trained that they sleep at 9PM everyday and do wake up 5:30AM for school.

But during weekends, they wake up 7AM.
