Natural Food Supplement

Topic: Natural Food Supplement

Are there any counterpart of those over the counter multivitamins and vitamin C that you can recommend? A lot of people (including my child's pedia) I've asked told me I should buy those stuff. It's not that I don't trust hose meds or it could harm my little one but I would prefer an organic or natural food supplement just like those. Does anyone know one? Or anything that you could recommend?

Thanks in advance.

Re: Natural Food Supplement

Most essential vitamins and minerals can be found on food sources. Food supplements work as well. But if you don't want the synthetic method, try and incorporate various food choices to their diet. Oranges, broccoli, grapefruit, and strawberries are examples of foods that are rich in Vitamin C. Iodine is also essential for children - seafoods are the best choice for this one.

There are a lot of food choices available out there. You can also consult your pedia and once again raise this concern that you prefer organic sources that OTC vits/multivitamins.
