Try these mouth-watering smoothies. 

Sharing to you some of the mix-and-match smoothies:

  1. Watermelon + Pineapple

  2. Pineapple + Mango

  3. Banana + Mango + Orange Juice

  4. Melon + Apple

Prepare the freeze sliced fruits, combined with a skim, non-fat, full cream, or soy in a blender. 

No need to put sugar because fruits have their own natural sugar.

Try also your mix-and-match ideas of fruit combination smoothies.

Mommies..Here I want to mention an important point..
Don't combine milk with apple for a drink.. Like don't make apple shake. As iron in apple and calcium in milk both inhibit the effectiveness of each other...

Apple is not an iron-rich fruit.
And they don't have much iron content (0.1mg iron/100g apple).
I don't think there is no long term unfavorable effect re: iron vs calcium interaction.
