Right after child birth you should not try to reduce weight by eating less or exersice until you havE your post natal check up or your GP advises you to. This is bEcause in this state the body has lost a lot of energy and blood which can cause weakeness and paleness. Especially if you opt for breast feeding the baby then wieght reduction strategies sound silly at the moment. After approx 6-8 weeks of child birth you caN start a little exercise like walk ad pelvic floor exercise. Mean while eat fruits and vegetables. Do not eat fatty, junk, sugary and fast food. Eat whole grains cereals and pulses. Hydrate your self enough.
These measures can allow you to get back to your normal figure again.
And one important tip!
Breast feed your baby as it is equal to walking 11 km in 1 hour.. I read it somewhere..
