How to take care of your feet

Topic: How to take care of your feet

Feet are an important part of our body. Beautiful soft and delicate feet are the reflection of your personality. So we have to take care of them to give gorgeous impression. Especially in winters they get cracked easily so they need extra care. Following are some tips:
Wash your feet daily esp. If you are a working women I.e. wearing socks all day.
Sometimes soak them in luke warm water for 10mins and then remove dead skin with pumice stone.
After washing feet always apply a mosturiser, gently massaging them. .
Massaging petroleum jelly on feet at night and then wearing socks will prevent cracking and keep them.soft.
Cut and file toe nails and keep them small to prevent injuries.

Re: How to take care of your feet

Wow! This is a great reminder for me. Sometimes my feet are being neglected of care not thinking it is working so much for me all the days. As much as I want to pamper myself and go on foot spa I can't anymore because I have a baby to look after. Do you have something similar to a foot spa that can be done at home? Thanks!

Re: How to take care of your feet

Our feet is one of the neglected part of our body, over-used part and seldom taken cared of.

I'd prefer going to a salon and spa to have me pampered.
This include having a foot spa with pedicure.

But there are times that I can't go to a salon to have a foot spa, I do buy in a beauty shops, foot scrubs (depends on your preferred type - mine is lavender or peppermint).

I just soak my feet in a warm water. After 10 minutes, I apply the foot scrub.
It does relax my feet after that session.

Its true that feet are the neglected part of our body but these days I get the time to apply petroleum jelly, massage, wear socks and sleep... This is healing my cracked feet readily...
