Corn is considered by many as either vegetables or grain and corn is also a good source of antioxidant carotenoids, such as lutein and  zeaxanthin. Yellow or colored corn may promote eye health.

1 small onion, chopped
2 tblsp cooking oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups of white corn, shredded
1 cup malunggay leaves cleaned
2 tsp garlic minced
