Let's talk Breakfast! Mornings can be hard when it comes to little ones and kids that have to be off to school at a certain time, so trying to make a full breakfast isn't easy. I want to share with you my quick and easy Breakfast Casserole.
INGREDIENTS: 8 eggs, milk, 2 containers of crescent rolls (or biscuits), diced ham chunks, and your favorite cheese (2 cups)
Also you will need an 9X13 baking dish.
Preheat your oven to 350 degree's and coat your pan with a non stick spray, set it aside. Now grab a mixing bowl legal version open all your eggs and add a dash of milk and whisk til mixed and set to the side.
Next open your crescent rolls and tear the dough into small pieces and make a layer on the bottom of the dish, add some diced ham and cheese, then do another layer of crescent dough, ham and cheese. Now pour your egg mixture over the top of it all, making sure it covers all in the pan (some pans may be deeper requiring more egg)
Now it's time to bake! Cover with foil and bake for 20 mins, then remove the foil and do an extra 10 or until egg is fully cooked. Once that done it's ready to eat! So cut it up and enjoy!! This is one of my kids favorite things in the morning and it's so easy to do. Also, while it's baking it gives you time to help your little ones prepare for their day!
