Are we doing a good or bad job raising the next generation?

Topic: Are we doing a good or bad job raising the next generation?

As parents, I think we are all trying to do what is best. Sometimes with success sometimes with no success at all.
Where should we look for help if we have a problem with parenting? Should we go on the internet or to the library?
There are tons of the manuals for parenting. Should we ask advice from friends or family? Are they right? Do they know what
is the good solution for us, for our child, family? They do not know anything! Every child is individual.
What works with your friend's child might not work with yours.

But remember, every parent makes mistakes. We should ignore the criticism and negativity and do what we think is best for our child. 
We need to love them unconditionally and spend time with them and teach them to respect others. 
This way they feel safe and loved. I think this is the most important thing.

Oh, yes, we will never be the perfect parents.
But if you love your children you are the best parent for them.
